Pioneer Offices, a new concept in commercial office space for SME’s has been launched in Knowsley.

Through Pioneer Offices, businesses are given the opportunity to create their own office space which meets their exact needs at the new venture on Moorgate Road, adjacent to the current Delphi Building. Owners and managers Rockfile Ltd are inviting potential tenants to view the premises and discuss how existing open office space could be adapted to work for them. Once agreed, the company’s in-house team of fit out specialist will develop that bespoke design and lay out.

As each business needs grow, the office specification can alter accordingly, allowing the commercial space to change in line with business needs. IT services are delivered using the Cloud Computing concept ensuring high speed internet access is constantly available whilst telephone connection comes to each office via a Mitel IP handset service.

Former London-based Michael Earley and Zenia Chopra, commercial property and serviced office experts respectively, are bringing this new concept to Merseyside having successfully launched a number of similar schemes in the capital.

Zenia said: “This model worked really well for us in Central London where we are able to cater for a huge range of businesses from sole traders up to those employing a workforce of 50 plus – at pioneer Offices, we can offer serviced office space from as little as 140sq ft up to 12000sq ft.

The site also benefits from an excellent central location with easy access to the nearby motorway network to Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. With extensive car parking, conference and meeting rooms are also available along side a fully serviced reception area.

Zenia added: “Flexibility is the key for us here. We want to appeal to a fairly wide market and therefore recognise that we need to meet a broad range of needs if we are to hold mass appeal. We are already looking at new and innovative ways to improve our service offering which will support further planned growth.”
