Outloud PR, alongside Dark Horse Design, has delivered two key pieces of marketing support to North Wales Housing, both of which were unveiled at the housing organisations AGM.

The annual review, a bilingual publication designed with a vintage theme, used photographs of elderly NWH residents and tenants throughout the decades alongside retro images and drawings. Focusing on service delivery, investment, tenant engagement, future objectives and much more, the AR was incredibly well received at the annual event.

Also as part of the AGM, North Wales Housing’s officially launched the organisations first ever private investment and development business, ‘domus Cambria’. Outloud PR (again alongside Dark Horse) created the businesses first development brochure for ‘Abbey Road’, a 35 unit, over 55’s development in Llandudno.

With recent cuts in social housing grants of around 31%, NWH hopes some of the shortfall in funding can be realised and generated through the domus Cambria business and its continued investment in private development schemes.

Amber Burns at Outloud PR said: “It was great to see two very key pieces of literature unveiled at this strategically important annual event.

“Both were very different in brief and concept and the Annual Review was a great, fun project to be involved in. Abbey Road marks the first brochure for the new development business and we believe that this style and branding will evolve in the future as domus Cambria expands with further schemes.”
